Cramond Tower
The historic Cramond Tower is located in the picturesque village of Cramond, close to the south banks of the Firth of Forth near Edinburgh.
These are images of Cramond Tower taken in 2004.
The tower was built in the 15th century. By the early 20th century it was in ruin but was subsequently restored and occupied.
I notice in the media today that it has been damaged by fire overnight. I’m not sure how extensive this but the report indicates the oldest part has been saved by the valiant efforts of the firefighters.
These photographs were taken in April 2004 using a Fujifilm S2 DSLR. Shot in RAW format and processed in Photoshop CS2 ACR2.4
