Di’s Diner

Handily located beside Livingston South Station, “Di’s Diner” is a welcome source of hot soup, food and cheery chat on cold December day.

Sorry, Di. I caught you with your eyes closed. I’ll need to try again another time. Thanks to the customer for the cheeky smile too.

There are numerous “chuck wagons” of varying quality located around Scotland in car parks and lay-bys.

Di has a clean van, uses the best quality food and prepares the food for each order. No reheats or been-on-too-long-burgers or anything like that.

I’m not sure she’ll know my name but she knows there’s a good chance I’ll be ordering Di’s link sausage on a roll, which I can thoroughly recommend.
