Photographs have been a lifetime obsession of mine. I seldom weary of looking at photographs nor of taking them.
Very often a picture is “worth more than a thousand words”.
This website provides short “photo-tours” of things that interest me, little documentaries or stories to entertain or provide information.
My interests are wide so the subject matter of my photos includes topics relating to scenery, landscapes, cameras, art, music, websites, the internet, technology (digital & analogue) and a smattering of other subjects.
Being born, raised and living in Scotland it would be no surprise that many of my photos focus on its stunning scenery, landscapes, lifestyle, events and activities.
Throughout my life I have travelled to some far away places and, in time as I transfer my analogue technology based photographs into digital formats, I will include images and video from British Columbia in Canada, California in the USA, Israel, Egypt, Cyprus, various places in Europe as well as the UK.
It’s not about me but about the things that inspire me so some of the content is provided by selected guests.
Perhaps this will inspire some to come and visit Scotland, tour these places and take some wonderful photographs while here.
